Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist provides front-line customer support to the general public, officials, candidates, and other public agencies for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE). The Customer Service Specialist processes voter information into the voter registration system (Voter Focus) of the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) and the Florida Voter Registration System (FVRS), by editing Florida voters’ data, such as applications, registrations, petitions, and Vote-by-Mail requests. The Customer Service Specialist may also participate in scheduled outreach events. Work may be conducted at the main SOE office or at an SOE satellite location in the county. 

The Customer Service Specialist reports to the Voter Services Manager and does not supervise any staff or temporary workers. 

Information Technology Administrator

The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for administering and managing the network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems, and ensuring the continued reliability and security of information systems for the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) computer information systems.

The Information Technology Administrator reports to the Director of Information Technology and does not supervise staff, but may assist with overseeing temporary workers during election events.

Software Developer II

The Software Developer II is a mid-level professional responsible for assisting the Programming team in the development, documentation, debugging, and maintenance of databases and efficient full-stack software applications for the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) information systems.

The Software Developer II reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Technical Services Coordinator

The Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance/repair on all Supervisor of Elections (SOE) vehicles and operating equipment, managing deliveries and pickups of all election-related equipment and materials, and establishing chain of custody of all election-related equipment. This role is also responsible for providing ongoing administrative support to the Technical Services Department.

The Technical Services Coordinator reports to the Manager of Technical Services and assists with the training and supervision of temporary workers during election events.
