OSCOE Valencia Joint Statement

Joint statement issued by the Orange County Supervisor of Elections office, Valencia College and the Valencia College Foundation regarding the return of Elections Office funds and their partnership moving forward:

“The Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office, Valencia College, and the Valencia College Foundation have agreed to terminate the gift agreement as entered into last year, which provided for the contribution of Elections Office funds to support student scholarships and collaborations to promote student involvement in elections activities. The Supervisor of Elections will support efforts to establish a scholarship program in Orange County to benefit its graduating high school seniors.”

The Elections office looks forward to a continued partnership with the College to support future voter engagement initiatives, including new early voting locations on Valencia College campuses.
